I was thinking we could draw up some mini-profiles for players, in a kind of Top Trumps format. (In fact, there's an idea... we could eventually publish the KAI Table Tennis Top Trumps...!). For example:
Gump/Samson
Power: 8
Spin: 9
Attack: 9
Defense: 8
Fun Factor: 1
The Eagle
Power: 6
Spin: 5
Attack: 5
Defense: 4
Fun Factor: 9
Ideally these would be accompanied by a photo or cartoon but in the meantime let's have your suggestions!

I like it (except my fun rating. I'll have you know I immensly enjoy beating you all!)
There should be a category for Serve as well.
In reply to Forrest, you need in top trumps to have at least one category in which every card can be "trumped", otherwise whoever originally gets dealt the untrumpable card will always eventually win (unless there are tied untrumpable cards, which could result in unwinnable infinite games). Hence why there would have to be a category like "fun rating" in which you have a very low score.
The other alternative is to specify on each go whether you're trying to win "high" or win "low", in which case all non-tying cards can trump each other.
Someone knows an awful lot about top trumps....!
