Match of the Century

Any suggestions for the best ladder match?

How about the first ever match, apparently Matt 2 -0 Dave?

How about the very first thrashing of Topspin by Gump which drew a croud of thousands??

How about any Smedley match???

Any particularly close matches, like Topspin v Pro (Winterbottom) which I think was 24-22, 18-21, 25-23????

Match of the Century:

I’m going to go for match no. 21. It was the first battle between Gump and Topspin and I’m voting for it both for the pre-match hype that had built up, and because it was the match with the largest crowd.

At least twenty thousand, without counting gatecrashers...

Some say that it was the biggest table tennis crowd since the famous Chang v Ramirez match of 1979.

Any chance of some recent footage from centre court to be put up on here or youtube? i remember seeing some before and i feel it's crucial for me to keep track of the progress being made by certain individuals before my next appearance.
